Arvile D. West went home on March 2, 2026, at the age of 86 he is preceded in sleep by his beloved wife Fay Peebles West and first baby daughter of three days old Rosalind, also by parents and many other loved ones. He was one of six children and has a surviving brother in California and cousins, nieces and nephews also his children, Terry, Ronald, Troy, Rhonda, Travis, and Tracy, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and four great-great grandsons also survived him. He was a Veteran in US Air Force Veteran and retired from Monsanto after 30 years. He loved to play banjo, guitar, crossword puzzles, gardening, and loved taking courses at Augusta Tech for the fun of learning because he was very intelligent.
