Barbara Wingrove

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 11am at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Born in Waynesville, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Dewey Rhinehart and Elizabeth McDonald Rhinehart. She loved animals, especially her dog Lady. She enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers. She collected Elvis memorabilia and was an avid fan of baseball and football.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Edward Wingrove, sister, Violet Cole and brother, Melvin Rhinehart. She is survived by her children Mike (Christa) Mehaffey, Germany, Bobby (Tammy) Mehaffey, Grovetown, GA, Angela (Jerry) Hope Mehaffey Holhouser, Martinez, GA, Jeff (Penny) Mehaffey, Augusta, GA, sisters, Betty Hensen, Mirth Henson Edith Nichols, sister in law Joann Rhinehart, brother in law, Carol Cole, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 6, 2013 from 6-8pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road Chapel.
