Bobbie Prewitt

Mrs. Prewitt was a native of Grand Junction, Tennessee. She lived many years in Jackson, Tennessee before moving to Hephzibah. Bobbie was a creative and loving person. She was a very talented seamstress. Her family loved her very much.

Funeral Services will be held 11AM Friday, April 15, 2011 at Hephzibah Baptist Church with Pastor Danny McGill officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be James Benedict, David Meeker, Mort Adkins, Charles Dillard, Henry Hutcheson, John Moore, and Jimmy “Jimbo” Neville, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Dennis Hoyt, Ron Altman, and Gus Karas.

Survivors include her husband, William Joseph Prewitt; daughter and son-in-law, Betty Prewitt (Michael Thomas) Pollard of Hephzibah; nieces and nephews and spouses, Linda and Cecil Childs, Kaye and Larry Cross, Debbie and Bill and Ryan Hollis, and Gary Prewitt.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Elliott

Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia 30906.

Special appreciation is extended to Trinity Hospice and church family for all the love and compassion given to Bobbie and the family during her suffering.
