Charlotte G Lane

MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mrs. Charlotte G. Lane, beloved wife of the late Walter H. Lane, entered into rest December 1, 2012. Memorial services will he held 12 Noon, Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church, 3321 Wheeler Road, Augusta, Georgia with The Rev. Dr. Jason Haddox officiating. Mrs. Lane was a member of St. Augustine's Episcopal Church. Other memberships include the St. Augustan's St. Clare's Guild, Valparaiso Woman's Club, The Garden Club of Smyrna, Georgia, and the Pink Ladies. Survivors include a son, Guy Franklin (Guynette) Lane, Sr.; a daughter, Lyn Brooks; four grandchildren, Franklin (Caroline) Lane, Olivia (Todd) Wiggins; Walter Lane, and Gregory Carlisle; and great-grandchildren, Lucy and Maggie Lane, and William and Charlotte Ann Wiggins. Special thanks go out to the staff of Elmcroft Assisted Living for the care of Charlotte for the last two years.
