Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. on Saturday, July 9, 2016 in the Hillcrest Memorial Park with full military honors being observed.
Mr. Neal was a retired Army, Korean, Vietnam Veteran, and had retired from DSM Chemical. He also was a member of the Scottish Rite Temple and a Mason.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Neal is survived by his two sons, Douglas Lee Neal Jr. and Dale Leslie (Heather) Neal.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home Lumpkin Rd.
