Tony was a beloved father and granddaddy and loved spending time with his family. He was a ”Son of the American Legion” at the American Legion Post 178. His family describes him as being the Master of All Trades. He knew how to do and fix anything and if he did not, he knew someone that did. He enjoyed fishing and riding his beloved motorcycle “Fiona.” Tony was a friend to everyone he met.
Tony has joined his mother in Heaven, Josephine Godbolt and brother, Billy Floyd. Survivors include his wife, Beth Godbolt; children, Jessica Kreider, Joe Godbolt, Chelsea Godbolt, Jacob Godbolt and Jennifer Godbolt; father, Frank Godbolt; grandchildren, Shane, Avery and Aiden Kreider; siblings, Bobbi Barnes, Terry D. Godbolt (Terry) and Benji Godbolt (Terri); and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members that loved him dearly.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin Road. Services will be held at 11am, Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
