Ms. Ivey Elizabeth Willard, 39, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Willard. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Taylour Willard; father, Harry Willard Jr.; and many friends and extended family. She will be missed by all who knew her, and the joy that she brought to all.
A gathering/memorial will be held from 1-4pm on Saturday, September 21st, 2019, at her house.
