Mrs. Anderson was a loving mother, wife and grandmother to her family. She taught Sunday School at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and also helped in the nursery at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Mrs. Anderson was a devoted wife to Mr. James Bobby Anderson and the only time they spent apart was when he served tours in Vietnam and Korea. In her spare time, Mrs. Anderson loved to shop.

Mrs. Anderson is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, James Bobby Anderson. She is survived by her children, Belinda Vaughn (Kenneth), James B Anderson Jr. (Dorothy), Dave Anderson (Nancy);grandchildren, Ginger Vaughn, Justin Anderson, Andrew Anderson, Jennifer King (Adam), Samuel Stojan and Nathan Stojan; great-grandchildren, Gabriel Smith, Aiden Anderson and Chandler Grace King.

Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Augusta University Children’s Hospital, 1446 Harper St, Augusta, GA 30912.
