Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. in the Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Elliott Sons Funeral Home-Lumpkin Rd before the service.
Mrs. Montgomery was born in Selby South Dakota but was raised in Eleanor West Virginia. She was a retired LPN with University Hospital Augusta.
In addition to her husband Mrs. Montgomery was preceded in death by a son, Richard Wayne Montgomery. Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Timmerman, her two sons, Thomas W. Montgomery, George R. Montgomery, 9-grandchildren and 9-great-grandchildren.
