Mrs. Moulton was the owner of Kathy’s Title Service for the past 40 years.
Mrs. Moulton is survived by her husband, Carmen Ray; daughters, Sandra Moulton and Sheri Methvin (Moulton); sister, Cathy Lacey; and grandchildren, Keith Edward Dean Hudgeons and Mark Allen.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin Road.
