Ms. Owens was born to the late Jesse and Rosa Lee Durst in Aiken County, South Carolina. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping and relaxing on the couch.
Ms. Owens is survived by her four sons, Michael Thrasher, Danny Lee Owens Jr., Joseph Owens (Maria) and James Owens; brother, John Durst; grandchildren, Gia Thrasher, Alexandria Owens, Courtney Owens, Landon Richards, Dalton Owen, Danny Owens III, Kimberly Owens, Alivia Owens, Jaxon Owens, and Zander Owens; great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Richardson.
A memorial service will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
