Lillie Mae Bishop

Lillie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed being in her flower garden, playing BINGO at the VFW and the American Legion and fishing

She is preceded in death by her husband Frank C. Bishop; Donald Bishop, Molly Ann Fletcher and James Jernigan Jr. She is survived by her children Frank C. Bishop Jr. and Betty Jo Thompson; grandchildren Chris Bishop, Jessie Jernigan, Barbara Amerson, Bobbie Jernigan, Michael Bishop, Jody Jernigan, Jennifer Fletcher, Shawn Thompson, Matthew Penley, Ashley Hoffman; 23 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends whom she loved.

Funeral Services for Lillie will be held on Wednesday, September 18,2024 at 2:00pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Ga 30906. Family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service. Followed by Burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park 2700 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA 30906.
