I was 16 when Mikey was born and was given the privilege to be his God mother. He always loved the lord ,from the time he was 9or 10 he walked himself to church. When his cousin was small he would babysit her and hold a Bible study always introducing others to Jesus !As his Aunt I have to many memories to write but this I know he is with Jesus singing and praising our lord and I will see him again. Love you! Comfort and peace to his wife Kristie and Son Tristan. Also to my sister and her entire family love and hugs!

I remember Mikey from school. He always talked to the students or the teachers about the lord. He was a very good caring person. He would send me messages on face to see how I was doing. He will be missed. Fly high. :( prayers to the family

I have known Mikey since grade school, but when I think of Mikey my fondest memory was riding in Lenny's station wagon through Letchworth while Mikey was riding in the back, and praying the whole ride cause we were crazy back then. Mikey was one of the greatest souls I have ever known, and my heart aches for his entire family. He will be missed dearly. May his light shine down on his family and he wrap his arms around them.

Michael will be missed. His love of God brought him to streets daily in Roswell, NM to speak to anyone who needed a friend, especially those who needed help! I met Michael and Kristie at the church I attended in Roswell and through that church got to know him and Kristie better...He truly loved the people around him and never missed a chance to pray for them or just sit with them and listen to them. He will be sorely missed, but He is now with God! He has done his best on earth and now He is rejoicing in Heaven.!

I met Mikey in kindergarten and we have been friends ever since. Sometimes we'd hang out at football games on Friday night's. Sometimes we'd cruise around in Lenny's car. Sometimes we raised money together for Jerry's kids. Regardless what we were doing Mikey had his bible and was praising the Lord. You were an awesome, funny, sweet and devoted man and will be missed so much. Sincere condolences to the Burger families. Love you all.
