Nicoletta Blocki

Nicoletta was preceded in death by her father, Francis J. Blocki.

She leaves behind her mother, Silveria Blocki; her sister, Monica Blocki; her brother, Frank Blocki, Jr. (Brandy); her nieces, Alina Summers and Lydia Summers.

Nicoletta was a light to others throughout her life. She was the burn unit secretary at Doctors Hospital for 8 years. Once she graduated from Augusta College, she became one of their nurses for 2 years. After Doctors, Nicoletta joined the Medical College of Georgia (now WCHOG) as a PICU nurse for 33 years. She worked with so many and touched countless lives.

Nicoletta traveled to many states and countries. She loved photography, all things Disney, scrapbooking, crafty projects, and anything related to the ocean, including scuba diving. She was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt. She will be missed by so many, but her memory will be treasured forever.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin Road. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2607 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia, 30906. After the service, interment will be held at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown, Georgia, 30813.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation for the patients at Children’s Hospital of Georgia where she worked for 33 years. You have the option to make the gift in honor or memory of someone. All dedications for Nicoletta will go towards PICU.
