Mrs. Patricia Jean Neises

Patsy enjoyed going to the beach, playing cards, and relaxing with a good rerun of NCIS, SVU or Jeopardy. She had a passion for life, loved to laugh, and relished times with her family. She was a lifetime fan of the University of Notre Dame, where she also worked in the purchasing department at the Golden Dome. Patsy also worked in retail, as a personnel manager at the Higbee Company based in Cleveland. She loved traveling, especially to Hawaii and Mexico. She loved her cat, Max, who also passed away on Tuesday.

Patsy is survived by her children, Deborah (Bill) Shaver, Randall (Mary) Neises, and Leslie Cherry; grandchildren, Jeff (Lindsey) Shaver, Brandon (Kristen) Shaver, Lindsay (Brandon) Lunsford, Kris (Lindsey) Neises, Ryan Neises, Kaitlyn and Carson Cherry; 8 great-grandchildren; and her longtime friend and companion, Herb Lincoln.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon, December 19, 2014 from 3 – 4 PM with a memorial service to be held at 4PM, in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
