She was a hard-working and wise woman who touched the lives of many around her. Patricia was a private person who loved to read and was known as the best cook by those who were lucky enough to enjoy her meals. She was dedicated to her work in Waste Management and had a keen eye for fashion, particularly favoring name brand purses and perfumes. Above all, Patricia adored her grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.
She is survived by her loving mother, Shirley Smith; her children, Kelcey Williams, Colby Williams (Jessica), Carly Busbee (Garrett), Shelby Williams (Kaylin Belanger), Aaron Williams (Shelby), and Elizabeth Williams. Patricia also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Caiden Sandoval, Luke Williams, Bethany Sierra, Madelyn Williams, Everlee Busbee, Easton Williams, Reagan Busbee, Olivia Williams, Kingslee Williams, and Aubrey Williams. Her sisters, Dianne Foskey and Hazel Straka, also survive her.
Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Dozier Owens.
A visitation will be held at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, located at 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia, 30906. Friends and family are invited to gather on January 5, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm to celebrate Patricia's life and share fond memories.
Patricia's legacy of love and laughter will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
