Family and friends will celebrate Ralph’s life at a service 2 PM, Friday, March 13, 2015 in the Lumpkin Road Chapel at Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
Mr. Price was born in Baltimore City, Maryland but had resided in Augusta for the past several years. He was a chef and a loving father. He was also a retired United States Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Hampton Price and his mothers, Irene Bailey and Martha Rene Henderson. Mr. Price is survived by his daughter, Wendy (Billy) Williams of Greenwood, S.C. ; his son, Quincy Price of Alexander City, AL.; sisters, Hazel Givens of Simpsonville S.C. , Diane Smith, Phyllis Long, and Marie Gilmore of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a brother, John Henderson of Brooklyn, N.Y. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
