Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in the Elliott Sons Funeral Home Chapel-Lumpkin Rd. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Elliott Sons Funeral Home-Lumpkin Rd.
Mr. Dickerson was a native of Ohio, but has live in Augusta for many years. He retired from the Richmond Co. Fire Department. And he had served in the United States Coast Guard.
Mr. Dickerson was preceded in death by his brother, Ernest Dickerson. Survivors include his wife, Pornthip Dickerson, Son, Robert A Thompson III, Daughters, Faith Dorsey, Melanie DeWolf, and his sister, Kay Gibson.
