There has never been…and never will be…another one like Sondra. She was truly a sister to me.  She loved with her whole heart and accepted each person just as they were… And loved  them exactly as they were. My life changed and became infinitely better the moment I became friends with her. We met in spin class at Gold’s Gym… and became best friends from there.  I’m a better person for having known her and to have stood in her bright and shining light.  The world seems dimmer without her in it, but I know that her spirit lives on.   I am so honored to have her part of my family… She will be missed more than words can truly express.

San, to know you is to absolutely love you. A special gem. A smile that would light up any room you entered. You were more than a cousin to me, you were a safe place. A piece of my heart went with you and I will always cherish the laughs, the hugs, the conversations, and many memories. I thank God for the time he gave us with you. Take your rest, Beautiful. You will be truly missed.

The memories are so fond and loving. Never a bad moment between me and you. If it was I can’t remember it. All the good out weighs everything else.

Sondra was such a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit. Her smile was infectious and her love towards God was contagious.  During the short time I've known her, we bonded in the profession of dental hygiene, where I discovered she was a special soul. Her conversation was always uplifting and her profession towards the faith was inspirational. God has called her home to rest, be in peace, and be in the company of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

This is one of the last messages Sondra sent to me and the photo is from our 35th class reunion.  We loved each other but Sondra was the absolute best friend and classmate to us all.  I'm going to miss the birthday wishes every year without fail and the unexpected text message when it's needed the most. 
I love you Sondra FOREVER.  My heart is broken but knowing you are resting peacefully in the arms of God somehow lessens the pain. Until we meet again my love 💓 🙏🏾💔.

It seems like it was yesterday as I watched you laugh and smile with family and friends.  I  am so thankful for the love San. I will miss you so much. GOD gave wings to a well deserved angel 😇 💗

This is with a very heavy heart that I write this condolence.  Sondra was one of our brightest stars at Ogeechee Technical College.  Her presence filled every classroom she entered.  I will forever be grateful for the time she spent with me in the Funeral Service Program.  Her classmates and the other instructors will miss her greatly but her spirit will always remain in the Funeral Service classrooms.
