Thaddeus B. Fouche

“Thad ” was a telephone pioneer and worked for many years with Bell South as a cable repairman. He was a member of George Walton Masonic Lodge #699 and Green Meadows Country Club. He enjoyed golfing and motorcycles.

Thad is survived by his wife, Margaret Fouche; daughters, Nicole F. Owens and Renee F. and husband Danny Douglas; five grandchildren, Sheree, Justin, Austin, Conner and Sarah; four great-grandchildren, Canaan, Shelby, Jolie and Dean; his mother-in-law, Sara Spivey; brother-in-law, Lanford Spivey and his wife Hazel; four nieces, Marie Layton and her husband, Kerry, Suzanne Fouche, Cheryl Fouche and Denise Jeanes and her husband Joe; and two nephews, Philip Hart and Ricky Fouche and his wife Susie.

The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 – 8 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral Services will be held 3 PM, Sunday, December 18, 2011 in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Wigley officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Kerry, Danny, Lanford, Philip, Eddy and Justin.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Eddy Owens for the assistance and love shown to Thad and his family.
