He was born in Toledo Ohio on November 9, 1933 to Arthur Mulkey and Emma Bell. He is survived by his sister Catherine (Bob) Thayer. Arthur graduated from Woodward High School and Bellview Community College. On October 5, 1957 Arthur married his love Annettia Pierson in Denison Texas. Arthur's career was proudly with the United States Air Force and retired June 30, 1974.
Together Arthur and Annettia raised children Arthur M. Mulkey III, Kevin Jay Mulkey and Karla Jean Mulkey (Kelly Ray Burkham) and is now reunited with his son Brian Lee Mulkey who passed in 1995. Arthur is the proud grandparent of 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 1 nephew, and 3 nieces.
He loved hobbies such as fishing, Bronco games, stamp collecting and coin collecting. Everyone knew Arthur for his dedication and care for those he loved. His huge bear hugs, strong handshakes, and a smile that lights up a room will remain in our hearts and memories. Arthur is loved and cherished by many and will not be forgotten.
