Betty was born October 9th, 1928 in Minneapolis, MN to William and Emma Hafstad-Martin and passed away on November 22nd, 2015 in Aurora, Colorado. Betty was raised in the Turtle Mountains of North Dakota and later moved to Denver where she lived out the rest of her life.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Emma Martin; sister, Ellen Jane Luenberger; and brother, Larry Martin.
Betty is survived by her brother, George Martin of Gautier, MS; nephews, Rich Martin of Napa, CA and Bill Martin of Gautier, MS; nieces, Callie Laurent of Milford, MI; Lisa Walker of Denham Springs, LA and Tara "T-Bird" Lippe of Wade, MS; nephews Tom Luenberger of Racine, WI. and Bob Luenberger of Ashville, NC.
Betty enjoyed traveling, gardening and was an avid Broncos fan. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 17th, 2015, at Advantage Aurora Chase Chapel at 1095 Havana Street in Aurora, Colorado.
