Charlie Dimitres Medina was born on November 19, 1974 in Pueblo, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his stepdaughter (Allie), mother (Alice), father in law (Julian), father (Elmer), and sister (Debbie). He is survived by his wife Stephanie Jaime and two kids, Anthony Jaime and Gabrielle Medina. Charlie passed away on Friday, June 10, 2016 at the University of Colorado Hospital.
