Larry G. Dutcher Jr.

June 2, 1970November 30, 2019

Larry Gene Dutcher Jr. Born June 2nd 1970 Albuquerque, N.M.- Became a full time Angel November 30th 2019, Denver, Colo.

He leaves behind his wife Kerry Dutcher and four sons; Kenny Dutcher and Alex Cordova as well as Charles Dutcher and Harly Dutcher Parents Larry Dutcher Sr., and Susanna Dutcher Sister Suzanna Salazar Brother Ralph Dutcher

Larry (Jr.) was a very shy child, but opened up once he got to know you. As a teen he was a good boy, but as teens are, he was a bit mischievous along with his baby brother. They would get into trouble often, but alway had each other’s backs. He liked to rough house with his dad sister and brother. Jr., along with his siblings would jump on dad and holler “dog pile” and we would all laugh and carry on. I’m sure his sons loved doing this with him as well. Jr. was a great dad to his boys, as well as a great uncle to his many nephews (9 to be exact) and his one niece. Jr. loves kids! You would often see him outside playing water guns or tossing the ball with all of them. Rest assured if you didn’t know where he was at a family event all you had to do is go where the kiddos where and he would be right in the middle of things. He loved having his grandkids over for sleepovers and they always had a blast with grandpa.

Jr. worked as a mechanic for many years to support his growing family, while making many life long friends that will always remember him as a willing to help and go the extra mile kinda guy. When Jr.’s parents retired and they needed to have things done around the house he always made the time to mow the lawn and shovel the snow when needed. When his mom and dad or sons needed mechanic work done he would always make sure it got handled, no questions asked.

It’s so very unfortunate this loving individual, so full of life and so loved by many lost his battle with pancreatic cancer only two months after being diagnosed by physicians, he had this horrific disease.

In the words of Jr. (Larry) “well whatever”.... was the phase he used, that would best describe his laidback and gentle spirit.

My brother was always pretty independent not to worried about what other people thought of him and his life. He wasn’t super emotional, but I remember when him and his wife allowed me to be a part of the birth of there child. He was so overwhelmed with emotion and I don’t remember when I’d seen him that happy holding back tears of pure joy. Thank you Jr. for that life long amazing memory! I love you!
