Mary Josephine Harris

Mary "Jo" Harris age 77 of Massachusetts passed away on March 10, 2020. She was born on December 11, 1942 to John and Mary Fernandez, and had one sister Delores Ahern-Burke. Mary Jo, had a career in property management and work as house manager for Denver Safehouse for Battered Women for many years . She had a passion for helping battered women and people who needed a little extra help in life. Jo, loved her fur-babies Penni, Daisy and Riley. She is survived by her daughter Kristie Millarch, and her two sons Tim O'Brien and Gary Mullen, who precedes her passing, her grandson Aydan Millarch and granddaughters Savannah O'Brien, Alex Mullen, Rachel Mullen, and Karina Mullen.

I sat up last night thinking of everything you taught me. In my troubled times I hear you saying it's all going to be ok. You would always push me and remind me of my streagth. I miss you Jo I always will thank you for always being a careing hug or a stern speach to light the fire in me.

Joe, wow you were here for a long time and you will always be loved and missed, and when your thought of, itll always bring a smile to my face, cause you never hesitated to say whats what and the way it is and,
if someone doesn't like it, that's their problem. remember Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!! my heart feels sad but I know you are relieved and I know that your with Gary, worrying him to a frenzy i'm sure, trying to make sure everything's taken care of and in order, the good thing is its out of your hands now, just know that everyone that loves you and loved you, will handle, its time to relax now, stop worrying, and just be. know that you did very well, you had a good life, and you did the dam thing and for that many kudos! we'll miss you a lot & tell Gary I said hello and I miss him and so does Alex...…….she's gonna miss you too. Kristie, Tim, Savannah, Ayden, and the other family members and friends, Mary Jo will always be with us. She touch our lives and be thankful for her beingness of a true New Englander, aka a Bostonian, a touch lady. This is how I will remember Mary Jo, a smile on her face with a smart wit telling you how it is. She is at peace and you can talk to her anytime. My thoughts go out to all of you. Love and Hugs.
