Michelle Lee Barry

Michelle Lee Barry joined her Lord and Savior in heaven on October 28, 2026. She was born on September 25, 1980 in Bitburg, Germany to Kevin Patrick and Virginia Louise Barry. She never married but had three children, Martin Patrick, Diana Marie, and Wyatt Levi. She loved today’s modern rock music. She was raised in her first year in Germany, and then moved for the first time to live in Pine Bluffs. Then she moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming before moving back to Pine Bluffs where she graduated from high school in 2000.

She will be remembered for her laughs and joking around. She enjoyed watching the Rockies and the Giants baseball games. And it was a nailbiter when those teams played each other because her dad grew up rooting for the Giants and then also the Rockies.

Michelle worked at King Soopers in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Smith’s Restaurant in Bolivar, Missouri, and King Soopers in Denver. She also worked at Coors Field for the Rockies, as well as Donutsville Bakery and Cafe in Westminster.

Michelle was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Aurora, Colorado from April 2015 until her death. May we find comfort in God’s promise of eternal life through Christ Jesus and be assured that beautiful Michelle is safe in the arms of our gracious Lord in heaven.

Michelle is survived by her mother (Virginia Barry), her uncle (Larry Wolfert), her children (Martin Patrick Barry, Diana Marie Kates, and Wyatt Levi Kates), and her aunt (Vivian Holland), as well as her cousins (Shawna, Briana) and second cousins and a third cousin.
