Patti Powell (Appi) was born in Tampa, Florida and has spent her final 45 years with her husband Royce. Her unexpected passing on July 2, 2026, was devastating to her family and many, many friends that knew her as one of the kindest, most thoughtful, generous and peaceful souls to ever grace our lives.
She is survived her loving husband of 45 years, Royce; two loving sons, Todd and Garet; their loving wives, Tina and Beatrice; two brothers, six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 1-5PM at the Colorado Rangers Headquarters in Fort Lupton, Colorado. All Colorado Rangers, family and friends are welcome to attend. Western Casual attire please, if possible, as suits or formal mourning attire are not expected nor required.
