Richard Albin Franco was born in Florida on August 31, 1937 to Pedro and Paquita Franco. Richard finished high school in Florida and enlisted in the United States Air Force. He traveled all over Europe and Alaska working on electronic and mechanical maintenance. After 27 honorable years in the Air Force Richard retired.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Maria, and treasured children and grandchildren. He will be laid to rest at Ft. Logan later.
