He was born on February 15, 1983, to his father Todd McMillan and Ruth Hemenway. He spent much of his life traveling the country working on the pipeline to support his family.
Todd is survived by his wife, Kendra McMillan, and his three daughters, Lanie and Tana (Rangely, CO) and Abbygael (Chiefland, FL). He is also survived by his mother, Ruth Hemenway. He was preceded in death by his father, Todd McMillan.
Todd worked as a Pipeline Superintendent and Operator, where he was respected for his strong work ethic and exceptional skill operating heavy equipment. There was very little he couldn’t do once he was in the seat.
He will be remembered as a bold and opinionated man who went after what he wanted in life.
Todd will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
