Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on Saturday, September 6, 2014 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Iris (Major). Loving father of Gordon, and Danny (Rosemarie). Proud grandfather of Amanda, David, and Samantha. Dear brother of Barbara (Don), Ruth (Marcel), Marion (the late Tom), Judy (Fernando), and sister-in-law Verna. Predeceased by his brother Gordon and his sister Dorothy (Paul). He will be sadly missed by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, and all his friends. He was a proud member of Local #95. Friends and family may call at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway S., Aurora, ON, on Friday, September 12th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.
