I have known the Wride family since my early teens. Graham was once my soccer coach and I played soccer with their son Kevin. I have also been really close friends with Karen for years. Throughout that time I got to meet and know Barbara. Barbara always made you feel special. She always had a wonderful greeting which made you feel instantly comfortable. She somehow made me feel like a part of the family every time I was around her. I am so sad for the Wride family and to all that knew Barbara. But I am so happy to have had the chance to know her.

My family was very sad to hear about the passing of Kevin’s Mom - which is how she was known to us. Through her children who are kind, loving and generous persons, her heart shines through. My Mom was always grateful that she treated my brother like her own son when he was at their house. Kevin in turn has always been like a member of our family. We are grieving her loss with you, but know that her memory will live on in each person she touched. Our condolences to all, our hearts are with you.

We also share the love of animals with your Mom and made a donation at the grand opening of the Feral Cat Rescue Centre in Melancthon this past weekend. There will be many cats who will be rescued and have a better life now.

I am so saddened to hear this news. My deepest condolences to all. Your mom was a beautiful person, inside and out. She often would talk with me when I was grieving the loss of my dad and I am grateful for her love through those difficult times.

May you find comfort in the memories you shared.

My husband Barry and I have known Barbara and Graham over 12 years. Barbara and I went to Gabriel's Café many times until
they closed. It was then we discovered that we both had gone to Kettleby School. Barbara was always such a lovely person and we
always had a great time together. I always looked forward to seeing her at family gatherings. Our condolences go out to the
Wride family on their great loss. I know she is going to be in our hearts forever.

Barb and I knew each other from the neighborhood in Aurora when we all had our children playing together ,when I ran, aN in house daycare . Diane Schedlich,Barb and I all were friends . The Church was our other area of play as well as countless hours of makeup talk, decorating ,raising our small children and our new love of natural foods and healthy living...I think we were ahead of ourselves on that on. Barb is a warm lady with a huge gentle heart ,with only lovely things to say about people.I always remember Barb for the coffee and tea time we had in our homes over the years...God bless you and your family my Love ....always G erry Layaway ...Kargl...you had the nicest Mom and WIFE.....
