At Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket after a lengthy and courageous fight, Debbie passed away at the age of 52 years. Debbie was the beloved mother of Christine and her husband Matthew McLean and proud Nana to Liam and Briana. Sister of Matthew Windsor and his wife Cheryl and pre-deceased by her mother Diane and survived by James "Pop" Bell. Loved and remembered by Debbies’ large adopted family.
