Peacefully surrounded by the love of his family in his 92nd year on Thursday November 17, 2016 at Sunnybrook Veteran’s Centre.
Loving Husband of Joan for 68 years. Caring father of Cynde. Brother of Dorothy Love. Don will be missed by nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by his siblings, Lloyd, Bob and Carol. Many thanks to Dr. Shurgold and the staff at Sunnybrook Veteran’s Centre for their compassionate care.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 23, 2016 beginning at 11 am until the time of the Celebration of Life at 12 noon at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora.
Donations made to the Sunnybrook Veteran’s “Grant a Wish” program would be appreciated by the family.
