My sincere condolences to the MacMillan family. I first met Doug back in the 70's, a true professional, he represented the Pickseed name with Pride & Dignity. I will miss my business comrade very much.
Doug, I will meet you at the 1st tee and we'll play the round of golf we always spoke of.

Cathy, Matt, Charlene -
Doug was a great personality who I will always have the upmost respect for. I have truly enjoyed working with Doug over the past 18 years, during this time his knowledge and incite have influenced me greatly. Doug was always good for a storey or two! Many of which came from one of his work trips to Atlantic Canada or Oregon. Doug was also very much a family man and there wasn't a day when he didn't mentioned how proud he was of each of you and his grandchildren. Most of all I consider Doug a good friend and he will be deeply missed!

Cathy, Charlene, Matthew; All these years working with Doug have etched many positive memories for me. There was no task he wouldn't do and always with a pleasant and positive demeanor.
I know no one who ever was cross with him and he often had many balls to juggle.
I'll miss him greatly.

It is with a saddened heart that I write this note. We shared some good times together, camping and Christmas functions with the family. I hope Jim and Doug are sharing some great stories, comparing notes about their precious grandchildren. We are all left here with great memories.
