Joan Sorensen

Sadly Joan’s life’s journey ended on Wednesday July 16, 2014 at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket at the age of 84 years. She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity of spirit and determination to live a happy and full life while managing cancer. Joan will be greatly missed by her sons John and Stephen, “daughter” Brenda, grandsons Brett and Kyle, loving sister Mary and “brother” Cal Bombay, niece Elaine and nephew John and family. Friends and family were the most important part of her life and she was most happy when all could be together. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday July 22, 2014 at The Manor, 16750 Weston Rd., Kettleby Ontario 416 410-6680 with a 1 pm gathering, 2 pm Celebration followed by refreshments.
