Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre on April 3, 2012 at the age of 83 surrounded by her family. Loving wife of the late George. Devoted mother of Peggy, and Cathy Mason and her husband Grieg. Cherished grandmother of Michelle (Jason O’Halloran) and Melissa. Special Nan to Lindsay and Tyler. Thank you to Southlake staff for the compassion they showed to Mom and our family. A special thank you to MacKenzie Place staff for taking such good care of Mom. Visitation will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South (north east corner of Yonge St. & Industrial Pkwy. S.), Aurora on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 6-8pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday April 10, 2012 at 11am. Interment Aurora Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society D.A.Y. Program, 800 Davis Dr. Unit 6, Newmarket, ON L3Y 2R5 would be appreciated.
