Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, on Tuesday September 8, 2015, in her 52nd year. Dear daughter of Bud and the late June Gilbert. Beloved wife of Shane for 18 years. Loving mother of Gavin and Samantha. Dear sister of Jo Anne (Steve Martin), Kim (Phil Caverley, Dean Gilbert, Julie (John Belgue). She will be deeply missed by her nephews and nieces Shawn, Leah, Angie, Shallyn, Jaimee, Carlie, Kate and Graydon. Predeceased by her sister Nancy (Larry Goodhead). Visitation will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home (530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Celebration of Martha’s life will be held on Saturday at Trinity Anglican Church (79 Victoria St. Aurora) at 1:30 pm. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to Matthews House Hospice, (6028 Hwy. # 89, Alliston, Ont. L9R-0B7).
