With her sons and husband at her bedside, May peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Wednesday December 1, 2021. Survived by her husband, Ian of 56 years. Sons, Colin and Gary. Brother, Bobbie (Sue) Semple. Proud Grandmother of Justin, Sarah, Ashely, Chelsea and Patrick, proud mother in law of Joanne and Nancy. She will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends.
We would like to express a special thanks to the wonderful staff at Southlake Regional Health Centre, her family physician Dr. Hurtinfield, St Elizabeth and LHIN, who treated our mom with the upmost dignity, respect and compassionately cared for her the last 3 years of her life.
Visitation for May will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON L4G6W8, followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 PM.
