Born in Peru of British parents, educated at St. Andrew's College in Aurora, Ontario in 1954, completed his BBA Degree, Southern Methodist University, Dallas.
He is survived by his wife Sandra, his brother Robin and four wonderful children, Liz, Kim, Eric and Ian and seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
At Rod's request there will be no services, cremation has been arranged.
