Scott is survived by his loving parents, Dick and Jill, and his best friend and brother Eric. Scott will be fondly remembered by his numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, as well as his birthmother Carla.
Scott was creative, intelligent and loved to play chess. He was inquisitive and always up for a rousing political discussion. A gifted pianist, whose compositions were legendary, Scott could sit at the keyboard and improvise for hours. Despite his transient lifestyle over the past few years, he continued to come home and visit with his family.
Due to COVID there will be no formal service. We ask you to remember Scott in your way, as the truly remarkable person he was.
If desired, expressions of sympathy in Scott’s memory may be made to the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, a place where Scott found help and support.
