She is predeceased by her beloved husband Leonard James (Jim) Irvine, parents Harry and Jessie Pound, her brothers Owen and Marvin (Carole) and her grandson Shawn Irvine.
Loving mother of Glenn (Barbie) Gerry (Cindy) Linda Irvine (Doug Brennan) and Tracey (Brian Mead), cherished grandmother of Brandon, Josh, Tina, Paige, Daniel, Jan, Troy, Derek, Jessie, Tarin, Kennedy and Connor. She was also the proud great grandmother to 13.
Shirley will be fondly remembered by her nieces, Janet, Cheryl, Louise and Valerie, Aunt Della Riedel, her Bridge Ladies and her many friends at Club Longboat.
