Agnes Lucille Pulley, 89, of Austin, peacefully passed away Thursday, surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Louis and Emma Busch in Texas City, Texas, December 2, 1922. She graduated from Texas City High School. She married the late Elvis Pulley, a veteran of WWII in 1942. They lived in Austin, Texas and started Property Damage Appraisers in 1962. They owned and operated the PDA Austin office for 25 successful years, and after retirement they traveled the world. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed the game with her friends several days a week at the Onion Creek Country Club. Agnes was a member of Manchaca United Methodist Church and a volunteer at South Austin Senior Center.
She is survived by her two sons, Clayton Pulley of Austin and Brent Pulley of Wimberley.
We wish to thank all of her friends and especially the staff of Senior Care of Onion Creek for the loving and caring support she and all of us received in the last months of her life. She was truly blessed to have such good friends.
Services for Agnes will be held at Manchaca United Methodist Church, 1011 W. FM 1626, Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, Agnes requested donations to Manchaca United Methodist Church.
