Aliki Papayoti passed away on Sunday, June 21st. Born in Istanbul, Turkey of Greek parents Aliki lived a full life traveling the world with her late husband Gregory. She was a full time mother to son Lee and daughter Clara and the best Yiayia ever to grandson Evan.
She will be remembered for her incredible cooking and love for her family. She is survived by Lee Papayoti, Clara Fuge, Evan and Annika Fuge, great grandson Luca and her beloved nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 3511 Yoakum Blvd, Houston, Texas 77006, on June 26, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00 am.
A Committal Service will take place at Woodlawn Funeral Home Garden of Memories, 1101 Antoine Dr, Houston, following the service at church.
