Alvin is preceded in death by his wife Oneta Powell. He leaves behind many loved ones including four sons, Alvin Powell, Jr., Mike McMillen, Jimmy Powell, and Michael Jimenez, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 15 at 2:00 pm. The service will be at Decker United Methodist Church, 8304 Decker Lane, Austin, Texas 78724.
