Ana M. Martin

Ana M. Martin, November 5, 1916-October 2, 2010. Our beloved Ana Martin, 93, of Austin was called home on October 2, 2010. Ana was born in Panama City, Panama to Juan Rodriguez and Matilde Susto Rodriguez. She was one of 19 children. Ana moved to Austin in 1973. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis E. Martin and son, Robert D. Martin. Surviving Ana are her sons, Louis Martin, Jr. of Highland, California, Mario Martin and wife, Mercedes of Austin, Franklin Martin and wife, Barbara of Austin, John Martin and wife, Lilly of Austin; daughter-in-law, Susan Martin of Austin; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six o’clock in the evening until eight o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, the 6th of October at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N. Lamar Blvd. The funeral service is to be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Thursday, October 7, 2010 in the chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Austin Memorial Park.
