Anh was born on April 24, 1923 in Chao Yang, China. A survivor of two civil wars, she passed down strong values grounded in the bond of a close family with love for each other beyond anything material. She was a caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to her family, whom she taught to love generously.
She was preceded in death by her loving and distinguished husband, Gia Ngo, and is survived by her 8 children and their spouses, 16 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. She always looked forward to large holiday gatherings, smiling with pride and welcoming with hugs as her family grew over the decades.
