Ann C. Franks Ann left to join her Savior on July 15, 2006. She was born in Austin on January 26, 1923, to Marvin and Doll Cooper. She was a dedicated nurse and worked in the Austin hospital community and for Dr.s D.A. Baggett and Connie Hanna, which brought much joy to her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fines Franks; daughter and son-in-law, Helen and George Baker; her parents; and her precious babies, Larry and Phyliss, five brothers and two sisters. Ann is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Karl Umlauf of Lorena, grandsons, Reagan and Scott Baker, Stuart and Kurt Umlauf; grand-daughters, Brenda Lehew and Shanon Mayes; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great grandsons; brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 8:00 PM on Monday, July 17, 2006 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Serving as Pallbearers will be her grandsons; and nephews, Darrell and Keith Cooper.
