Anna Mae was a very active member of Christ Lutheran Church and was involved with many ministries. She was a proud military wife for several years and enjoyed gardening and canning.
Anna Mae was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lt. Col. Ollie Dee Miller; son, Scott Dee Miller, and brother, Don Lozano. She will be sadly missed by sister, Joan Cauthen and husband, A.B. “Sonny”; daughter, Misti Blevins; brother, Glenn Lozano and wife, Geri; cousin, Leah Breshers and husband David; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to her caregivers, Cam Ward, Heavenly Care, Encompass Hospice Staff with special appreciation to her nurse, Don, and her many doctors.
A Celebration of Anna Mae’s Life will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Rev. John C. Stennfeld officiating. Interment will follow the Services at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
Honoring Anna Mae as pallbearers will be Jordan Boessling, Davis Breshers, Todd Warwick, Robert Ward, Franklin Richter, Steve Burkland, Shorty Barnett, and Joe Bowman.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions to be made in Anna Mae’s memory to Christ Lutheran Church, 300 East Monroe St., Austin, Texas, 78704 or to the Austin Humane Society, 124 West Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas, 78752.
