Anthony Martin VonMyers, 61 of Austin, Texas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. He was born on December 11, 1962 in New York, New York to Frederick Douglas VonMyers and Arthella Randall VonMyers. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Arthella VonMyers.
Anthony is survived by his cousin Linday Lewis; and a host of extended family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Evgueni Chepelevski, Derrick Downs, Robert Guzman, Paul Kroschewsky, Alan Pontious and Joseph Wagner. Honorary pallbearers will be Byron Bullock, Gibbons Burke, Patrick Chapman, Edward Check, Ehsan Vatankhah, Robert Koons, Dean Van Landuyt, Arlen Nydam, Gary Teal, and Alec Wilczynski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30am on Monday, January 29, 2024 at Saint Mary Catholic Cathedral, 203 E 10th St, Austin, TX 78701. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Ave, Austin, Texas 78704. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 in Saint Mary's Catholic Cemetery, 501 Old Thorndale Rd, Taylor, TX 76574.
