Barbara was the #1 Miami Dolphins fan and attended numerous games and Super Bowls. She enjoyed playing Bridge, bowling and watching golf. She looked forward to attending her 'Ladies Luncheons' with her good friends.
She married Charles W. Hogue on June 8, 1957 in Tyler, Texas who preceded her in death in 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Hogue, sons David (Terri) and Brett Hogue. She adored her 3 grandchildren: Kyle, Jessica and Josh Hogue. She is also survived by her sister/brother-in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
Barbara's family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff (family) of Querencia at Barton Creek for the exceptional care in which they provided for her.
The family will hold a private service at Remembrance Gardens at a later date.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Querencia Scholarship Fund, 2500 Barton Creek Blvd Austin, TX 78735.
